The Government and the Small Business in Modern Russia: Communication Problems

Small and medium scale business is an integral part of a developed economy, without which the economy as a whole cannot exist, much less develop. Small and medium scale business unifies the vital interests of a large part of the population, engaged in an everyday labor activity. This part of the population supplies the majority of consumers, providing a range of products and services according to the ever-changing demands of the market. Small and medium scale businesses interact closely with the state, which provides controls the entrepreneurial environment using legislative, administrative and financial tools.
