Social Management as a Factor of Socio-cultural Development

Socio-cultural field as an object of management is inherently dualistic, its potential is split into two components — socio-economical and cultural. This duality defines the limits of socio-cultural management, the effectiveness of which depends primarily on the resource support and strategic development. A radical efficiency-increasing measure in socio-cultural management is the technologization of management.
