Social Economy in the Age of Globalization

The article is devoted to the problems of social economy in the age of globalization. The author states that the global free market is not the result of a competition between different economic systems, defines the limits of globalization and postulates that modern European culture is necessary for the existence of a socially-oriented market economy. The article demonstrates that social economy means good regulation and there is a close connection between social economy and the European Union. The author also insists that social economy is impossible without education.
