Models of Effective Budget Management

The article presents a theoretical game model which allows to evaluate the efficiency of the governments socio-economic measures and correct the budget spending policy based on the correct evaluation of the available alternatives. The model is immediately useful and can prove to be important for the administrative workers, since there are no evaluation system which would allow to effectively evaluate financially many of the measures already undertaken.
