Biological Systems as a Model for Administrative Decision-making

The article provides to examples of biological system which can serve as a model for administrative decision-making in business and public administration:
1. The analysis of the integration of new elements into a complex biological system, such as an animal or plant organism — offers a new point of view on the problems of a fast-growing business.
2. The system which allows a human body to adapt to a multitude of external substances, microorganisms and environmental conditions can be used as a model of an innovative business company — creating an infrastructure which would facilitate the commercialization of new ideas and at the same time allow individual projects to grow and expand if they prove to be efficient and profitable.
