Shaping the Philosophical and Methodological Understanding of the Administration Theory

The article is devoted to the philosophical and methodological understanding of the administration theory. The author offers an epistemological study of the system of administrative knowledge, its structure and genesis. The author concludes that the existing variety of approaches shows not only the wide range of administrative ideas, but also the lack of an established methodology or real verification procedures. The article analyzes different administrative models, including one-factor models and systematic ones. The author defines the perspectives of the administration theory and demonstrates the role of philosophy in the development of the administrative knowledge.
